No. One of the benefits of using Agape Maids is that the independent cleaning professionals arrive fully equipped with their own professional-grade vacuums, mops, and supplies. However, if you have a specific product you want used (e.g., for wood floors or allergies), just leave it out and let us know!

What if I am not happy with the service?

We offer a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will arrange for the cleaner to return and re-clean the missed areas at no extra charge. We do not offer cash refunds, but we will make it right.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No, most of our clients are not home. You can leave a hidden key, provide a garage code, or use a lockbox. All access details are securely shared only with your assigned cleaner. If you prefer to be home, that is fine too!

How does payment work?

It’s 100% cashless and secure. We require a credit or debit card on file to book your appointment, but we do not charge your card until the cleaning is complete. You can also add a tip for your cleaner directly through our secure online portal.

Do you do laundry?

We are happy to strip beds and remake them with fresh linens provided by you!

However, we do not offer personal laundry services (wash/dry/fold) for clothing.

This allows our cleaners to focus 100% on cleaning your home efficiently.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! Agape Maids is a fully registered business in the state of Rhode Island. For your total peace of mind, we carry a General Liability policy and a Janitorial Bond. This means your home, your belongings, and our team are completely protected while we are on-site.

We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

What happens if something accidentally breaks?

We treat your home with 'Agape' (unconditional care), but accidents can happen.

If anything is damaged, we will notify you immediately and work with our insurance to resolve it within 24 hours.
